The first edition of the Buddha statue from Wat Hong Rattanaram Ratchaworawihan in Chachoengsao Province is a truly exceptional and rare artifact, embodying both spiritual depth and artistic mastery. Crafted in 1993, this statue is made of solid brass, measuring 9 inches in width—a size that commands attention while still being suitable for personal devotion or display in a sacred space. The statue is notable for its large and tall form, which exudes an aura of grandeur, making it not only a spiritual object but also a piece of exquisite craftsmanship.

The creation of this Buddha statue is steeped in reverence and tradition. The production was extremely limited, making each piece a treasured item for collectors and devotees alike. This statue was made under the auspices of Phra Maha Sombun Rattanyano, who at the time was the 3rd president of the temple and who now serves as Phra Khru Phaibun Rattanaphon, the assistant abbot of Wat Hong Rattanaram in Bangkok. The creation of this statue was marked by a significant Buddhist consecration ceremony held at Wat Hong Rattanaram Ratchaworawihan, a temple known for its deep spiritual heritage.

The consecration ceremony was graced by the presence of His Holiness Somdech Phra Yanasangwon, the Supreme Patriarch of Wat Bowonniwet Vihara, who led the candle lighting ceremony. His involvement adds immense spiritual value to the statue, as he is revered as one of the most prominent figures in Thai Buddhism. The ceremony was further sanctified by the presence of Luang Pu Khamphan Khosapanyo of Wat Phra That Mahachai, Na Kae District, Nakhon Phanom Province, who had the honor of extinguishing the ceremonial candle, a role that signifies the completion of the consecration and the infusion of sacred energy into the statue.

The ceremony was attended by many esteemed monks, including Luang Pho Pen of Wat Tha Phra, Luang Pho Yod, and Luang Pho Liu of Wat Rai Taeng Thong, among others. Their collective prayers and blessings during the ceremony infused the statue with powerful spiritual energy, ensuring that it carries the protective and benevolent qualities of the Buddha.

To further enhance its sanctity, the statue was also brought to Wat Suthat in Bangkok, one of the most important and revered temples in Thailand, where it participated in another Buddhist consecration ceremony in the same year, 1993. This additional consecration at Wat Suthat, a temple renowned for its ancient and powerful rituals, further amplified the spiritual potency of the statue, making it a highly sought-after relic.

This Buddha statue is not merely a representation of the Buddha; it is a tangible embodiment of Thai spiritual heritage, blessed by some of the most respected monks of the era.
